The Foundation of the Finnish Orthodox Cultural Centre is to support and advance Orthodox culture combined with research, education and art. The foundation furthers discussion on values, multiculturalism, tolerance, retreat, ethical pondering and mutual understanding of the eastern and western cultures and religions.
The foundation executes its purpose by maintaining the Orthodox Cultural Centre, organizing versatile educational programs together with different patrners, publishing papers and by granting scolarships and aid to activities supporting the same values as the foundation.
The Foundation of the Finnish Orthodox Cultural Centre is a non-profit organization supporting socially important cultural work.
The Foundation of the Finnish Orthodox Cultural Centre functions in cooperation with the Finnish Orthodox Church and the Aid of the Finnish Orthodox Culture.
